Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time of 4:00 PM (America/Los_Angeles) will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

After processing, estimated shipping time is 7–9 business days.
Orders may be shipped Monday through Saturday.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping details or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Weekends and Holidays

Orders are processed on business days only.
We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

If an order is placed near a weekend or holiday, processing and delivery may take additional time.

When available, tracking details will be sent after your order has been shipped so you can follow its delivery status.
