Refund policy

At Zalivia, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right, our support team is here to help.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team before sending anything back. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns must be sent by mail. A return label is included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

We also accept exchanges for eligible items returned in accordance with this policy.

If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
