We currently ship within the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination. Total estimated delivery time is generally 8 – 13business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, shipping details will be sent after your order has been dispatched so you can follow the delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so our team can review it.
How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after approval. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been reviewed, where applicable.
